As a Customer Service (Care Center) Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to clients, care partners and riders who rely on our services for their transportation needs. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, empathy and a strong willingness to assist. Success in this role will be measured by established KPIs and Key Stats, subject to periodic fluctuations at the organizational level.

Schedule
Full Time: Monday to Friday, Saturday shifts as needed
Essential Functions
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Address inquiries regarding healthcare appointments, transportation schedules, and related services.
- Guide customers through the process of accessing healthcare resources and transportation options.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist customers in scheduling and coordinating transportation services for medical appointments or other healthcare-related needs.
- Collaborate with transportation providers and care partners to ensure timely and reliable services.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in Contact Center environment
- Ability to read, speak, and hear English
- Exceptional attendance is a requirement in order to fulfill role expectations
- High speed internet access
- Quite dedicated workspace
- Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM
