As an Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibilities will include building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for account expansion, and actively seeking new contracts to drive revenue growth. Full Time: Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm (EST)
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and strategic discussions.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Account Expansion:
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to propose and implement solutions that align with clients’ evolving needs.
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and challenges, offering tailored solutions to drive mutual success.
- New Business Development:
- Research and identify potential clients and market opportunities.
- Actively pursue new business through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
- Provide regular reports on account status, revenue forecasts, and other relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processes.
- Other duties as assigned
- Proven experience and success as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role
- Strong understanding of healthcare and/or Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) and the ability to articulate our value proposition effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Teams, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in reporting, analytics, SmartSheet, HubSpot, and/or Power Bi a plus
