What You’ll Be Doing

• Design at Monscierge consists of helping define and visualize our platform and provide visual unity through empathy and the user experience.
• You’ll work to help solve problems, define goals, design workflows and detail interactions.
• Prototype and iterate to the best solution.
• Help shepherd the design from concept to reality.
• Helping design against a platform roadmap that covers multiple products.

About You

• You have empathy. You want to understand how customers think, their problems and predict how the design will make them feel.
• You work well with teams. You should be collaborative and will need to be able to work across multiple types of teams.
• You’re organized. You can work on multiple projects or take big and varied ideas and not get lost.
• You’re hands-on. You should be technically proficient with tools like the Adobe Creative Cloud, and Figma.
